Meet the Authors

May

Nancy Hopkins-Greene, an Episcopal priest, serves at Church of the Redeemer in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is an assistant editor at Forward Movement. She is the author of the booklet Moving Meditations and various pamphlets published by Forward Movement.

June

Daniel Simons is an Episcopal priest on staff at Trinity Church, Wall Street, in New York City, where he is responsible for the areas of Liturgy, Hospitality, and Pilgrimage. He was formed for six years in the monastic community of the Society of St. John the Evangelist (Cowley Fathers) and then on the staff of St. Gregory of Nyssa in San Francisco.

Cynthia Caruso will graduate from Seminary of the Southwest on May 14, 2013, and will be ordained in the Diocese of the Rio Grande. Her previous ministry was teaching math, reading, English as a second language, and fifth grade. In 2006 Cynthia moved to Vermont, and there she wrote Seeing Through God's Eyes, which was the Forward Movement 2009 Advent booklet.
