Luke 10:9 Cure the sick who are there, and say to them, “The kingdom of God has come near to you.”

So, where did Jesus get seventy followers? We tend to think there were just twelve disciples, but there were women following him too—and they weren’t there to cook and clean. Several of the women who followed Jesus had money of their own and helped fund his ministry.

Are we listening? This Good News isn’t just “Go to church on Sunday” stuff. Jesus’ message is meant to transform the lives of everyone who hears it!

MOVING FORWARD: How has a deeper relationship with Jesus transformed your life? How has it changed your relationships with others?
