MONDAY, May 20

Luke 7:38 She stood behind him at his feet, weeping, and began to bathe his feet with her tears and to dry them with her hair. Then she continued kissing his feet and anointing them with the ointment.

After he was all grown and living on his own,
He often stopped by to see the old man who had helped them out so often when they lived back home.

She volunteered at the shelter whenever she had a free day
Remembering when she was homeless and had nowhere
to stay.

She advocated for teachers to get higher pay,
They make a difference in lives every day, mine anyway.

He was a great coach for the little league team.
Taught them fairness and to have self-esteem
As thanks to the coach who had helped him realize his dream.

MOVING FORWARD: How will you express your gratitude this week?
