It’s easy to pray for peace when things are going well, but when the economy falls apart, our job prospects seem dim, our political situation is at a stalemate, and our society continues to kill innocent people, it can seem useless. Instead, we would rather ask God for prosperity and easy answers.
But who knows what will happen tomorrow or in the future? All we can be certain of is that God will guide us in the right way, even and especially in difficult times.
